Ballet Theatre Queensland brings this beloved fairytale to life for Gold Coast audiences.
Forbidden from going to the palace ball by her wicked stepmother and stepsisters, Cinderella is overjoyed as her fairy godmother miraculously makes her dreams come true.
This breathtaking ballet adaptation of the timeless Charles Perrault fairytale is choreographed by Artistic Director Clare Morehen, and showcases the talents of Queensland’s finest young dancers.

Secondments
BTQ are thrilled to announce our first secondment opportunity for a senior cast member of Cinderella; a fully-funded secondment with the West Australian Ballet!
One cast member, aged 16+, will be given the tremendous opportunity to second with WAB for 1-4 weeks* this coming Oct/Nov. Thanks to WAB’s Artistic Director, and BTQ’s Patron David McAllister, the chosen recipient will have the opportunity to take daily training with the WAB artistic staff and company, as well as participate in daily company rehearsals. This is a wonderful opportunity for an aspiring artist to immerse themselves in company life.
