Loren Hunter
Since graduation from Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA), where she was awarded the Finally Award for Music Theatre, Loren has performed in diverse roles and productions throughout Australia. She was in the ensemble for Dusty, the lead vocalist in Enter the Vortex, the support role of Mitzi, and cover for Judith in George Girl – The Seekers Musical, the lead role of Elphaba in Wicked, Cover the Liz Holt, Vanessa Cronin and Fran in Strictly Ballroom The Musical, Mimi in Rent, and an ensemble role in the stage show King Kong. Loren also starred as Liza Minnelli in The Boy from Oz, Evelyn May Murphy in Evie May, Jean in the Australia Premier of American Psycho, and Doreen in The Sentimental Bloke. Loren was also part of the workshop for the musical, The Lovers, and most recently completed a national tour of Six: The Musical where she played Jane Seymour.
