In March this year, we shared the incredible news: after nearly 90 years, Ballet Theatre Queensland will finally have a home to call our own.
Work is well underway on the renovations of our new home. While the transformation is taking shape, we still need your support to complete the fit-out with the essential finishings and equipment that will allow us to meet the needs of our young dancers and provide them with a professional, inspiring space to grow.

Her quest was to teach young emerging dancers, lift them up to an incredibly high standard and give them a platform for performing – the beginnings of Ballet Theatre Queensland! Now Ballet Theatre continues to engender a love, passion and excitement for dance. Phyllis would be very pleased that after all these years her legacy is still standing today. Congratulations to all who have steered the ship culminating in this exciting new home.”
